1. Return Timeframe
You can request a return or exchange within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. After this period, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
âĸ In its original, unused, and unworn condition.
âĸ With all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
âĸ Free from any stains, odors, or damage.
âĸ Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
We will not accept items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. These include:
âĸ Undergarments (e.g., innerwear, shapewear)
âĸ Socks
âĸ Swimwear
Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or marked as "final sale" are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Reasons for Return
We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
âĸ Wrong Product Delivered: If you received an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, or design).
âĸ Damaged or Defective Product: If the item you received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.
âĸ Size or Fit Issues: If the size of the clothing does not fit you properly. You can exchange it for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for a change of mind after the parcel has been opened. Please check the parcel contents carefully upon delivery before paying the delivery agent.
5. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

     2. Provide Details: In your message, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- The name of the item you wish to return.
- The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged).
- Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue with the product.
     3. Return Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
     4. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and send it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
     6. Refund and Exchange Process
- For Damaged/Wrong Items: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If the return is approved, you can choose to receive a full refund or a replacement item.
- Refund: The refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, mobile banking) within 5-7 business days after approval. We will also refund the original delivery charge.
- Exchange: We will ship the correct/replacement item to you at no additional cost.
- For Size/Fit Issues: Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the new size to you. You will need to bear the shipping cost for the new parcel.
     7. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Our Mistake: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the cost of the return shipping.
- Customer's Choice: If the return is for size/fit issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
